RETURNS
There are no exchanges or refunds on pre-orders or sale items unless the item is faulty.
All return shipping is at the expense of the buyer unless items are faulty. Please email us at hello@kennyandalba.com.au with the subject as RETURN #(Order Number) to request a return.
CHANGE OF MIND
We want you to be 100% happy with your order and understand that sometimes you just change your mind. All change of mind returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase, please contact us at hello@kennyandalba.com.au to request a return.
Do I qualify for a return?
- All items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging attached.
- Return was requested within two weeks of receiving items, was approved and tracking was provided within timeframe.
- All postage is at the expense of the customer and is clearly labelled with name and order number.
- Returns are made through a tracked postal service within 14 days of receipt, with tracking provided for safe delivery.
Customers will then be notified via email once parcel has been received. Once inspected customer will then be notified of the outcome. Should the item meet all of the above requirements a store credit will be offered. Please note, no refunds or exchanges will be provided in these situations.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at hello@kennyandalba.com.au. We will then arrange for this item to be returned to us for assessment. If deemed to be faulty or damaged we will offer you a refund, store credit, replacement or exchange.
Please make sure that you carefully check all items you receive to ensure you make a request prior to the 14 day cut off.
