CAN I RETURN MY ITEM IF I’VE CHANGED MY MIND?

You most certainly can return your items, as long as they were not on sale or a pre-order item. Please see our full terms and conditions for returns. 

I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG DETAILS, OOPS?

Mistakes happen, we’ve all been there! Just make sure you email us straight away if you have entered any of your details incorrectly. This gives us the best chance to try to alter them for you. Please make sure that you include your full name, order number and correct details in the email.

If your order has been processed and shipped prior to us being able to help you, then the address change is unfortunately out of our control. You will need to redirect your order through the Australia Post website. We do not take any responsibility for incorrectly typed addresses. So please make sure you double check before placing your order. 

Please Note! if your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address which was provided to us by the customer or your order was unclaimed and returned to us. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the reshipping costs to have the parcel resent to you. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If your order has not been processed and shipped we are happy to try to accommodate any changes. Though please make sure you email us straight away! Our response time is a lot quicker via email and we will always try to get to it prior to it being processed. 

Unfortunately if your order has been processed and shipped we are unable to make any amendments. However you are most welcome to place another order. We thank you for your understanding with this.  

WHICH POSTAL SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We use Australia Post for all of our parcels, both domestic and international. Our orders are collected daily by our Australia Post Couriers. 

HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED? 

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. We will do our best during peak periods to maintain this processing time however, we are a small family run business and can sometimes take 5+ business days to fulfil orders. If you are unsure or have any concerns please feel free to send us an email or DM and we will endeavour to get your order out ASAP. 

THE ITEM I RECEIVED LOOKS DIFFERENT?

We try to display all items as accurately as possible. However we are unable to guarantee that all colours and patterns will appear the same on every computer / phone / tablet. Should you have any questions please flick us through an email and we will assist as best we can.  

DO YOU HAVE A REWARDS PROGRAM?

We do have a rewards program, please be sure to sign up! Every purchase will earn you rewards points. We also have a referral program, where you are able to earn dollars towards your next purchase for every friend you refer! Please see rewards and referral link on our website for more information.  

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?

Sure do! These are automatically emailed to the email address which is provided by the customer. Making it easy and stress free. Please note that our gift cards have no expiry date. See our gift card section to purchase.
